The Department of Internal Medicine at University of Jordan is a large, expanding department with a diverse staff working in dedicated teams to provide high quality work in an organized, effective and efficient manner through innovation, training, and education. The Department supports the faculty and enhances the missions of the Faculty of Medicine, the University and the Hospital.
The department provides services in teaching, training, research and patient care. We provide clinical service to our patients in the community, exceptional medical education for medical students and post graduate students. In addition we have programs for advanced training in most of subspecialties of internal medicine. We are committed to innovative research in clinical and other sciences which are in close relation to internal medicine, hoping that this will expand the frontiers of medical knowledge.
